Don't own one, but a black co-worker recently tried to sell me a TEC-9. What a silly looking gun.

Beretta 9mms seem kinda sexy. Maybe I'll look into getting one of those, and we could use a cigarette thread. Somebody do that.

Done.

So, what's your tobacco of choice?

I'm a Camel Light guy, unless I'm feeling gangsta, then I go for the Newports.

THANK YOU.

Camel Wides for me. I'll smoke the lights occasionally, and sometimes menthols (gangsta).

Has anyone ever smoked those off-brand smokes they have in a lot of gas stations? Pall Mall, American Spirit, etc.

In college I used to buy Monarchs. Loved them and only $.98 a pack.

Pall Malls aren't really off-brand. They were the biggest and most innovative cigarette in the world for awhile. I think they were really popular in the 60s and 70s. Some old-timers still smoke them, out of habit. I've never smoked one.

I smoke Parliament Lights. I don't mind the taste, and I like the recessed filter.

By backup is usually Marlboro Lights, the Cheese Pizza of cigarettes.

I used to be an assistant manager of a Shell Station (obv. brag post), so I can fill you in on just about any brand sold over the counter.. I've tried them all at one point or another.

Before anyone asks, anyone with a pack of Capris is just a pyromaniac, not an actually smoker.

Well, I don't like old people. Or their cigarettes.

I do like Parliament lights. I used to smoke them exclusively and only switch off when feeling frisky.

I hate Marb Lights. Every once in a while I'll buy a pack thinking I'll like them this time, and I never do.

When I quit doing drugs I started smoking. Smoked Pall Mall reds, and Camel straights. Wimped out and started smoking filters after a few years. Quit after 6 years, and started smoking cigars about 12 years later.

La Gloria Cubana is my favorite. CAOs are a close second. But most mid to strong cigars are okay with me. The only thing this country needs is a good $2 cigar.
I use my cigar smoke as idiot repellent

Yeah, the coke. I'm not sure that's the reason BEHIND the innovation, but that's certainly been/become part of the Parliament Appeal.

I still like the recessed filter, but for other, non-drug-related reasons.

American spirits are advertised as "totally natural". brass tax is that the nicotine content is next to nil. seriously, only fags and aging hipsters smoke these because people who smoke them don't really need to smoke. they are the blue balls of all cigarettes.

i'm a parliament light guy for life. yeah, they're on the weaker side, but i can do pull-ups by my fingertips on door jams so what of it.

my understanding is that the reason for the recessed filter is an anti-lip cancer measure, but who knows.

American Spirits aren't "off brand" for the record. They usually cost more, and are (allegedly) all natural, with no chemicals. They burn much slower than the average camel/marboro, and are quite good.

When I smoked, I usually rolled my own, Bali Shag or Drum, if there was no bali shag. When I would by packs, I almost always smoked fliterless, like camel straights or american spirits. On occasion, I would smoke Nat Sherman Naturals.
