Edit out the result... Makes the responses biased
The path
of the righteous man is beset on
all sides by the inequities of the
selfish and the tyranny of evil
men. Blessed is he who, in the
name of charity and good will,
shepherds the weak through the
valley of darkness, for he is truly
his brother's keeper and the finder
of lost children.
And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those
who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.
And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

A-10D, and backed into the flush? Only other thing I could see would have been that he slowplayed his set of 10's, and considering he had to figure there were overpairs out there that would have stuck it out to the end, that move wouldn't have been too bright... but still plausible.2) How LAG was MP-3 previous to this hand? Would he be raising both pre and post-flop without A's or K's?I think you played it fine on the flop... had to three bet with the overpair to push out draws and try to make it heads-up. On the turn, I dunno... I guess you still had to push.. but with two players still in there I might slow down here. By the river I might have been in check/call mode I suppose, depending on my read of the players maybe even check/fold. ***********************************************************************PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converterPreflop: Zerospace is CO with [Ad], [Qd]. 1 fold, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, MP3 calls.Flop: (8.50 SB) [4h], [4s], [Qh] (4 players)BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP3 checks, Zerospace bets, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, MP3 calls.Turn: (5.25 BB) [As] (2 players)MP3 checks, Zerospace bets, MP3 calls.River: (7.25 BB) [5h] (2 players)MP3 checks, Zerospace bets, MP3 calls.Final Pot: 13.25 BB

Cap the flop on hand 1. You have queens! You could drop that hand on the river, but I really don't mind the call, considering the size of the pot. One of those raisers could be playing A-10. You got caught by an underset, backdoor flush, or the miracle river for an A2x clown, I assume. Shit happens.Just call the raise on the river on hand 2. The guy's obviously representing a flush. Calling his raise only costs 1 BB and allows you to see if he's bluffing the scare card. You're lucky he didn't cap if he had the A-high flush. You can label him as an any sooooted player if he's playing a weak flush.All-in-all, I'd say these weren't tarded up too bad. You could've lost one less bet on hand 2, is all.

First hand, I'd say get out on the turn. With two raises and the other guy just calling, you've gotta think someone has something better than a pair. Usually the turn is when most people show their true strength. Although looks like UTG waited until river. But DEFINTELY fold on the river. UTG has you all.

Way too aggressive on the river. On the flop, there are two hearts and a paired board. Anybody that calls you (generally) will have a flush draw, a queen, a 4, a pocket pair, or a mental condition that prevents them from folding. Given that he's stayed with you through the flop and turn, and realizing that you can't beat anything but a queen or a pocket pair (other than 5s). You are in another situation where you just want to see a showdown. Checking behind is the correct play because you have a very marginal hand given the board and are unlikely to get paid off by a weaker one.

why 3 bet the river on hand 2? What can you beat here that he would check-raise you with other than a weaker ace, highly unlikely.

Honestly, I dont feel like digging up the exact cards at the moment, but neither was anything as complicated as Ax suited or anything. Crappy small cards to complete flushes; which irritated me to no end with the first hand (hince the retarded raise on the river in the second hand). Tilt much? Thanks for the advice everybody! helped a bunch........
