Seeing that I joined at the end of October, and for the entirety of October I was unable to redeposit and get back into the thick of things, I had really no goal.Convinently, my deposit should be complete and verifed as of later today, the first of November (lucky me!)I'm going to set some lofty goals this month, as I don't want to shoot too high..I want to achieve what I'm aiming for..anything extra is a nice bonusStarting Roll: $500Goals: 1. Don't go broke! Stay within my roll.Already once in the past I found myself playing better and better, and growing into a better player before I imploded by a few horrendus beats and went on massive tilt. Not good. I ended up playing limits far out of my roll, not to mention a bit sloppy, and self destructed soon after. Since then, I've read up alot on Poker, and believe I have a MUCH better grip.BR managment will really be a key to my success this month.2. Test the waters-- Play a few K hands at 10NL, then check my winrateI want to be aware I have self control, so I want to get in a few thousand hands at the cheap BI and see if I don't end up ahead. If I somehow do not, I really need to re-evaluate my play. 3. Play SnG's and MTT's appropriately. In the past, I've been known to play out of my limit as far as tournaments are concerned as well. Mostly I'm known to play alot of satelites. I've yet to win one. See the problem? I don't doubt I'll play one or two, on occasion, but I don't want to overdo it...and if I'm failing, I'll probably freeze myself out to prevent a breakdown and sat-rush.4. DO NOT!!!!! play a SnG HU game.I do NOT run good in these, yet I find myself playing them nonetheless. They are in no way helpful to me, and my longterm goals. I might sit HU on a cash game table at micro limits, but only if it's appropriate, and I know the other player is weak >.>Hopeful Start Roll for December: 1,000I know I may be expecting a bit too much of myself based on the limitations I'm placing, but I do believe I can make a profit playing with my style and convictions. If I don't reach my money goal it won't be a serious setback or anything. As long as I'm not broke at the end of the month, I've done good.
That pie is CLEARLY scrumptious, and it's full of Stake's! WOW!
