I've found that I'm having a lot of problems with 10-10, J-J, or QQ against tight passive players in low limit games when I'm too aggressive in my play. A lot of them just call two cold with KK or AA without reraising me preflop, giving me no visibility on flops. Then, when there are no overcards or one over card on flops, I often raise or three bet against another aggressive player, and they just call down my bets on the turn and river. Perhaps I should be thanking them for not costing me more in these hands, but I'm wondering if there is ANY way of detecting strength when these guys bet once, and just call my raises/bets from then on.For example: I raise JJ preflop from the button, BB three bets and MP calls two. I call him. Flop is Q 5 2, BB bets, I raise, BB just calls, MP calls. Turn is a 7 , MP check folds to my bet, BB calls. River is a K, BB checks and I check through. He turns over AA, saying "I was sure you had QQ or KK and hit your set". Um...Also, whats the deal with a lot of players smooth calling to a raise with KK or AA preflop, and is there any way to deal with them when I do hit a hand?
