Chris 0
I saw this book at my bookstore the other day. I was in a rush so I didn't get a chance to really read into it. I skimmed about 3 pages. Is it any good?

I skimmed about 3 pages. Is it any good?It a good overall general book. I am not crazy about Sexton's styles of play, but there are always some good tips in most books. I usually either A) sit down and read certain chapters on some books at the book store or when I have read all the ones I have now, I may pick up a new one to see what things I can pick up. I look at it this way, if I can pick even one meaningful thing from a book to help my game it's worth it.
johnopolis 0
I did buy Shuffle up and deal, oops. The book is basically a big commercial for the WPT (some interesting info on it's startup), a small commerical for Party Poker, and some pretty basic Poker strategy. I'm reading Play Poker like the Pro's right now (Hellmuth) and it's already better in the first couple of chapters.-Johnopolis

Although Hellmuth is a great player that book is absolutely horrid, offers up no advice whatsoever, or any that can be used...
