Playing the 2/4 tables on party poker, and I've noticed I'm up 91 on one table and down 25 on the other. I've been blinded away for $25 bucks so far with out seeing a single hand.My question is, how long should I stay on a table for if I'm not seeing a single hand?

As long as the game is good. If it's fishy and you aren't getting cards, stick around a bit longer.
