raise the flop, if re-raised, call and fold to a bet on the turn UI.IF they just call your raise, bet the turn. if it's bet before you, raise it and fold to a 3 bet.

you have a weak hand, overpair 66. I think you should treat this hand like a gutshot draw, because there are too many cards that hit that will be a overcard. The only reason I see for raising the flop is if it would buy you a freecard, raising doesn't protect your hand and your hand is not strong enough to raise for value.Raising the turn and folding to a 3-bet is chip spewing. It costs you 2BB with no showdown. If you plan on wasting 2 BB, you might as well call down and get a showdown, at least you get something out of spending 2 BB.That being said, I'd call 1 bet and fold the turn unimproved. Maybe even fold the flop. With small pairs multi-way, I am looking to make a set, if I don't make a set, I would fold. Also, the pot is not that big, so you have no need to play agressive in small pots.

It certainly isnt ABC, but theres one limper to him in good position, he can make it one more bet pre-flop and have position going in to the flop

Um, he most likely has the best hand. This is an easy raise. Plus, if a 5 does hit, he has great implied odds against anyone with an A.However, he could be up against as many as 21 outs (flush draw + overcards). Too bad you didn't have better position to push someone out.
