If this was as awesome as it sounded I have a feeling everyone would be using it, the fact that it's made by the poker-edge people doesn't fill me with confidence.

From what I've seen fairly accurate. It depends on how many hands they have on each player. For me over 1800 hands they have me at 26% VPIP 16% PFR etc etc. I dont want to write out by hand everything but its all very accurate to how I play. 6 max nl of course.

I'd email them before signing up for anything. You know they can just shut down your account and keep your mobneys if they find you in violation of the T&C's.

What's funny, is that when I enter my user name on Poker Edge, it tells me I'm a BOMB and just went to Poker Crusher and it says that I'm a mouse..... lol...
Seems like the same software basically. I know pokerstars don't want you to use that type of software but on PokerEdge site it tells you how to go undetected..... hmmmm.... suspicious....
Pretty funny guy from MTL ----> Jon Lajoie "You want some of this, come and get it..."

# In general, what kinds of programs are prohibited?
#
1. Any program that shares hole card data with other players or programs is colluding, and is prohibited.
2. Any program that works off of a central database of player profiles is prohibited.
3. Any program that plays without human intervention (a "bot") or reduces the requirement of a human playing. For instance, an "auto-folder" is prohibited.

Acceptable programs generally serve to help you calculate odds or to track the behavior of players that you’ve sat with at a table. As a rule of thumb, prohibited programs include those which share hole card information, compile information on players that you have not yet played with, or any “bots” or programs that play without human intervention.
-------------------
I don't know that I'd play on sites that allow this. Not that I think many players would be able to make good use of the information, but instead that it shows a weak policy toward cheating if they allow it.

Upon a review of your account, we find that you are running an
external application known as Poker Sherlock, or its related
applications, Poker Edge, PokerBotPro, Holdem Hawk and Holdem Pirate. We detected this use at some point over the past 5 or 6 weeks, and are sending out the warnings in bulk today.
These programs may be on your hard drive in these locations:
C:\Program Files\Hold'em Pirate\S_MinerX.exe
C:\Program Files\Hold'em Hawk\S_MinerX.exe
C:\Program Files\PE\iexplore.exe
C:\Program Files\Poker\PokerEdge\iexplore.exe
C:\Program Files\PokerBotPro\PokerBotPro.exe
Use of these applications is against the terms of service to which you agreed when opening your PokerStars account. Those terms of service are located here:
http://www.pokerstars.com/tos.html
Among them are these terms:
5.4 EXTERNAL PLAYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EPA). PokerStars
prohibits External player assistance programs ("EPA
Programs") which are designed to provide an "Unfair
Advantage" to players. PokerStars defines External to
mean computer software (other than the PokerStars game
client provided by PokerStars), and non-software-based
databases or profiles (e.g. web sites and subscription
services). PokerStars defines an "Unfair Advantage" as a
User accessing or compiling information on other players
beyond that which the User has personally observed through
the User's own game play. We encourage you to read our
Prohibited Programs FAQ at:
http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/prohibited/
...In the event that PokerStars deems that a User has engaged
in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity while using the
Software or playing the Games, including without limitation
a User who has colluded or attempted to collude with another
user of the Software, or has used Prohibited ... programs,
PokerStars shall be entitled to take such action as it sees
fit, including immediately blocking access to the Games to
such User, terminating such User's account with PokerStars
and seizing all monies held in the relevant PokerStars "real
money account".
Please cease the use of the above applications immediately when
playing on PokerStars. For maximum safety and avoidance of future
warnings or escalations under the "Unfair Advantage" policy, it is
strongly advised that you remove these applications from your system
completely.
No reply to this Email is required. However, if we do detect this software running again in the future, we may take further action.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Best Regards,
Jeff
