Villain here is 75/25 with 150 hands - are we ok to call preflop here? It's a pretty trashy hand. I think it's for stacks with that flop.Not sure about PF, as a begginer i would proabably muck that straight up.

I very rarely open limp from the CO or button. I rarely open limp anyway, but in late position I think it's throwing away money.Exploit position. Build bigger pots in position.When you have a LAG in the SB you want to be raising your reasonable hands because he will be reraising worse ones, and you can stack him if you catch anything.
