normally at the 10/25 level, i would open with a check again. many of the ppl here put you on chk/raising the flop with a set....and now that you hit your boat, you check it to them again. if they check behind you get to see the free river...if they bet...i'd assume you are beat

Shoving looks good. TT or 88 or T2 or 82 doesn't half pot bet this flop and it very very rarely flat calls a repot. He probably has some kind of a draw , even tho he won't believe us having a boat cus we obviously wouldn't pot turn with a boat , he will have a very hard time calling off his stack with %20 chance of hitting. But i have seen them call off their stack with worse so i probably just spew as well.

Yes, yes it does. I shoveled, he rolled over TT. GG stack. With TT, I would have thought he'd have wanted the money in on the flop and reraised there.

That's pretty good actually. I don't mind him half pot leading and flat calling a repot on that pot with TT pretty much all the time.

Betting $8 looks stronger than shoving here. You're short enough that you might have to call a push anyway, but in general, that's much better than potting it when you miss your draw in a spot like this.
