I am playing in a .05/.1 nl cash game that is six handed at the moment.....third posittion raises to .2, button calls and I call out of the big blind with k10s. Flop comes k,10,6 all hearts......i bet .6 and the original raiser moves in for his last 5 dollars.....button folds, is it correct for me to call here....i realize i could be drawing really thin if he has made the flush, but i put him on a big flush draw from his play before, he never really pushed that hard with a made hand.my question is if i put him on a draw should i call this bet since it is such a huge overbet, or do I just let him have the smallish pot......I was pretty sure he was on a draw but thought even if he changed it up and had played this made flush a little different I still had some outs.....but don't know what I should have done....little help please

Pot odds, pot odds, pot odds. He's betting 5 bucks at about 1 dollar. You have top two pair in a highly coordinated board with little to nothing to indicate from their betting what they might have.In my studies of no limit cash games, I've noticed an uncanny tendency for people to put the MOST money in the pot post-flop when the board is strong, players' hands are weak, and the pot is either unraised or minimally raised for little to no reads on preflop holdings. Why do people keep doing that? Got me.I'm guessing you ran into a set, a made baby flush, or AhKx or something like that. Either way, you have no idea if you're good now, or if you'll be good by the river. Why find out for a 500% overbet out of position?

You should always make that call. If you cannot make that call your bankroll is not big enough and you need to go down in limits, You are always a favorite if you've got two pair going against a flush draw and you should be willing to take this risk. If he goes all in on the flop and shows you a flush draw you should call unless you think you are going to outplay him later and put him in a much worse situation.
