Jadaki 1
I think you know which one it might be. I won't say his name.Must be the completly unbiased refs not making phantom/horrible calls in game 6 and 7 of the conference finals a few years ago.

Poppy_Hillis 11
Yea, who the hell was that guy that came in and dropped like 29 on the Spurs I've never heard of.Beno Udrih, he was Parker's backup for a couple years. Seriously, SA has to have the best scouting department in the league by far. It's so good they're supplying other teams with great int'l players now.

Poppy_Hillis 11
So what are they going to do with Kevin Martin. They're not going to give him a max deal are they?
Jadaki 1
I wouldn't be surprised if they did give him one.
El Guapo 10
He signed a 5 year 55 million extension before the season started, and I thought that was a bit too much, but far from the max.

I'm not trying to sound like a dick or anything, but have they ever signed a big name FA?
Jadaki 1
I can't think of any off the top of my head, which seems funny since considering who owns that team you think they would be a great organization to play for.

I remember Chris Webber saying when he got traded to Sac and he was flying into the city and saw all the flat land from the plane he just started crying.
El Guapo 10
We officially suck. AWESOME!Hopefully we win like 24 games this year. Get pick 1-3. That would be nice. But if they move to Seattle or Las Vegas I officially won't give a shit.

PMJackson21 0
I miss the Kings/Lakers battles in the postseason. So do the Kings and their fan base, I'm sure. I'd think it's pretty hard to get players to sign on to play in that cow town, so rebuilding hasn't gone too well.

Webber/Bibby killed our cap space. Will we ever get LeBron or Kobe. No. But I think we have a shot at any and all FA that are not top 5 caliber.Sac proved that it is willing to put the effort into building a winner. We just need some pieces and cap space in 2010. I'm sure you could build back up and be good enough to get bounced from the playoffs by the Lakers for old times sake, but that wouldn't be the goal I'd hope. :)What was the last team to win a title without a legitimate star? I'm actually asking, my short term memory is failing me.

PMJackson21 0
Pistons. Recently and also in the late 80'sIsaiah was top 5 at the time, at least arguably. The recent team is a pretty good call, though Wallace could be a top 5 guy if he wanted to be I think.
Jadaki 1
Pistons. Recently and also in the late 80'sI agree with PM. Isiah was the premiere PG in the game, Dumars was a stud in every part of the game. By far the best backcourt in the league at the time. The most recent Pistons had Wallace who can be the best PF in the game when he feels like it and Billups played out of his mind MVP quality basketball (people forget cause he has come back down to earth) and Rip just dropped like 24 a game without breaking a sweat. When their players played like stars, they won the title.
