I tried a search and couldn't find the answersPokerroom hands load easily directly onto the program from the files pokerroom saves on my computer. With Paradise Poker the hands get emailed and the program seems to download them according to the displayed text but they don't show up in the statistics sections and I cannot figure out why ?Does this make sense and does anyone have any possible solutions ?

OK, this might be overly simple, but the stats from the different poker sites will be seperate. For instance, I have stats for betitall(pty) and betitall(ub). I'm taking a shot in the dark here. If that isn't it, can you give us more info. How are you importing from email?

I use the auto-import email feature, it found the hands and allegedly imported them according to the messages but they didn't seem to show up. I play both sites under the same nickname and rightfully so my name shows up twice in the player list with the site abbreviated after my nickname.Hopefully this further info will give you a clue, I dunno maybe I'm just stoopid ! I appreciate any and all help.Thanks.

OK, i figured out my bad. I have to turn on all levels since I play both .25/.5 and .50/1.0. Sorry for time and bandwidth waste.

ehhh we have a bad beats, general and off-topic section.. we can wing it
"Here are my rules: what can be done with one substance must never be done with another. No two materials are alike. No two sites on earth are alike. No two buildings have the same purpose. The purpose, the site, the material determine the shape. Nothing can be reasonable or beautiful unless its made by one central idea, and the idea sets every detail. A building is alive, like a man." - The Fountainhead.
