Your M is so low, I don't think you can fold here..You can try stop n going, but if you just call, your giving BB a great price to call too and since he is the CL, he will probably call..So in that case I think shoving is the only play..If you were on the bubble, I can see a point made for folding, but you are still 2 away from the money and the shortest stack with 1 other guy

Yeah, your M is so low that I don't think you have a choice here. 77 is good enough against his range and you won't get a better chance before you have absolutely 0 FE for stealing.
