Preflop is only loose because you did not lead when you hit your set. You play low pp's cheap to hit sets and make them a homerun. You're not stacking people often enough without leading the flop.

we are a big fans of leading with sets because if the guy with an overpair raises he is pretty much stuck in the pot... Check raise isn't bad but I prefer leading.I think the river min raises is usually a big hand... I dunno what I do I guess it depends on reads. I probably usually flat call. (I am weaksauce though)Everything else looks good to me.

c/r is a limit play.Leading is the tits in NL.I still probably c/r by instinct, but it just shows so much more strength, which is not really what we want.People will lead in spots like this when they are unsure about their hand and want to see where they stand, so when we lead with our monsters, it's tough for them to figure out where they are in the pot.

Leading with sets is only good if you're leading with air and draws and top pair as well. So many people advocate leading with sets, yet they NEVER lead into the raiser unless they're pretty sure they've outflopped them with their 2 pair or a set or whatever. It's so transparent. If you're constantly donking into the raiser with all kinds of stuff then I like leading. Otherwise I really prefer the c/r becuase it's less suspicious.

True... i lead flopped draws 80% of the time, maybe that's why the thought never crosses my mind.

Too many weird 2 pairs out therre for me not to reraise. Leading flop is standard for me. Most likely c/r is better for u since you c/r one pair.
