Naismith 0
Well, in a worst case scenario, you have nine outs, so this is a call since getting the extra ~14 dollars out of him on the river shouldn't be hard if you hit. I don't think you have any other play with a limped pot against the BB. If you hit your flush, I'd fire 20 into him. If I improve to two pair or trips, I think I c/c this river. If I don't improve, I c/f unless the river bet is small enough to justify calling.
Sheiky 0
Definite call there imo.If you improve to a flush, two pair or trips on the river, i'm shoving.

Zach6668 513
I'm not worried about letting go of this guys.Does anyone want to just ship it in on the turn here? Or is that complete suicide?
Acid_Knight 2
I'm not worried about letting go of this guys.Does anyone want to just ship it in on the turn here? Or is that complete suicide?Shipping it on the turn is bad because he's almost never folding hands that beat you. Your immediate pot odds aren't too bad and you'll be more likely to get paid on the flush because it's backdoor. I just call here unless I have seen that my opponent is an idiot with a propensity to bluff too much.

NoBBiR 0
This hand has a bunch of reverse implied odds on the river. I think the only clean outs are spades, and if we hit a Q or an 8 we could be in for a big loss. I think this raise is almost always a straight or a set. We might have just 8 outs but I'm still not folding though. I just don't really like having to shove or call a shove on the river here with Queens up or Three Eights. Zach6668 513
He'll have basically one pot size bet left on the river. The RIO isn't huge, if we're folding without improving. We'll only improve to a worse hand 6/44 of the time (assuming the 5s, 8c, 8h, Qd, Qh, Qc lose the hand for us) when he's got a set, and only 5/44 when he's got the straight. The other 8 or 9/44 we winz.
fatman 1
I think I would be more worried about 2 pair or a straight rather than a set. Most people are going to raise with a pp in a bvb situation. Honestly, I would have folded this pre-flop and moved on to the next hand. There is no reason to play these cards oop. All you are hoping for is to flop a monster and if you don't you are faced with these tough decisions. As played, I call, then check/fold any non spade river. If the flush hits ship it in. Dictius 0
This type of situation has been posted by myself and Royal Tour (I think?) recently, top pair on flop, flush draw on turn and raised on the turn. In both posts the villain hit two pair on the turn.I don't think a raise is good idea here, call and see if you improve on the river. Also I would either fold or raise preflop, open limping in the SB is really bad in 6max NL. You will be out of position with a marginal hand against a guy who could have anything.

Do you not like to play poker or something? Sounds super weak/tight or maybe I'm just wild/wreckless for wanting to play with big blind.Anyway Zach, I'm assuming he's got two pair, and he probably hit his second pair on the turn which gives you plenty of outs. Call and see if your hand can improve to trips/two pair or flush and expect it to be good when you hit.Oh, and I dont think shoving the turn is a good idea unless he's shown you he's willing to raise with a draw. Naismith 0
Obviously we want to hit the flush. I'm willing to get it all in with two pair, although I'm not in love with it. I hate it if we trip up, though. I'd rather miss and fold then hit trips.
Zach6668 513
On preflop, there's no way limping is bad.Folding is horrid. And raising is ok.I'd mix it up between limping and raising, depending on the table.
