I would rr the 3 to maybe 12-15. rr to 9 is fine pre flop, but not post. I think I fold here because this looks to me like a very poorly played 67 or something like that. Obv the villain knows that spade/straight card is probably going to scare you, and perhaps he made a hand like 2 pair and either a.) Feels you have a big PP B.)
