Hero bets $0.6, Button calls $0.60.

Can't really put Button on anything. There are two lines you can take with this; either the cautious check/call or the value bet. To be honest, I think I'd be able to comment on which line I'd take with a little more info on how the Button plays...from a generic 'first hand of the night' hypothetical scenario I'd have to value bet it since frequently short-handed players will flat call with mid-pair in this spot.
