Yeah, September off to a great start.................NOT.After losing all my tourneys last night I decided that tilting off like $700 in sngs and 1/2 PLO was the right thing to do. ARG.

Played a tournament that was probably a bit outside the roll comfort zone at the moment. It payed to 5th and I got 7th, go me. Down 115 on the month so far.

Hoping for a $400-$500 profit this month. I'd like to eventually build up a roll for 100NL, 2/4 lmt and 20SnG's, thus earning more RB. I'm kinda sorry I cashed out before my Vegas trip, but I refuse to deposit (even though I could) and will grind up the old fashioned way: wailing on donks at low stakes!! :club:

Got September off to a good start tonight as after cashing out down to $8,000 to start the month, I got my Stars account back over $10,000 in one quick 2 hour session. It could be seen as doing a hit and run while I'm winning which would be bad, but really I'm just kinda tired and didn't feel like playing a long session tonight. Plus, the real fish at my tables all busted and left anyway.Posted Image

I'm not totally sure what a 'standard' BR for sngs is, and I think it probably varies a lot based on the buy-in, but I think you can safely try moving up. Just be prepared to move down if you start losing. Again it's tough to say what is safe for sngs, or how long you should try to sustain a losing streak before moving down again, but I think 30 buy ins should be safe at those levels.

I'd be pretty happy with 25-30 buyins for the turbos on Stars, fwiw. But be ready to move down if you have to, because the variance is pretty retarded. I lost 12 in a row once, or twice, I think.

Eh so I'm losing losing losing, but I did manage to get my seat into the $530 PLO wcoop event (won a $200 and a $300 seat), so at least I'm registered for that. Blah.
