September Goals1. Get my Stars roll over 20K.
BZZZZ! Not even close. Try down to $1500.

Quote

2. Maintain 5.0 PTBB/100 at 1/2 and higher.
BZZZZ! Actual "winrate" at 1/2 and higher: -7.81 BB/100. And that's over 9,700 hands so it's not that trivial of a sample.

Quote

3. Don't buy into any cash game for more than 5% of my roll.
LOL! Not even close. Had 100% of my roll on the table when my roll was still over 2K at one point. All in all, finished down $2661 for the month on PLO plus another $3300 playing 50/100 LHE when I was tilting one time. Not such a good month for me. At least I didn't completely bust myself though, as I cashed out enough to rebuild from. Next up: channel my inner degenerate and get up to 100K playing European roulette have a fun trip to Vegas and try to come home with as much money as I left with.
Lady luck's my fuck-buddy.

Just the measure for winrate in NL games. The reason we say ptbb (pokertracker big blinds) is because PT was designed with LHE in mind, so when PT calculates winrates for NL games, it doubles the big blind to create the big bet, as you would in an LHE game. There is a new function on later versions of PT that fixes this, but most people still say ptbb. Basically, a ptbb is 2 big blinds in an NL game.
