What do you all think? Assume you have a medium flush (say 9-10s) and you flop a flush, how do you guys play this? Out of position I usually check and then call if someone else raises. In position I usually bet. I think it hides the strength of my hand and lets others improve so I can bet and get paid off on the turn (though obviously not if a 4th flush card falls).
I know some people think you should just bet though, so what do you guys think?

I like to bet in case someone has the A or K and is going to chase, u need to make them pay
If the turn is an offsuit card I like to bet it more (like 80-100% of pot) to prevent anyone else from chasing

I Don't like the check call/play OOP with a med flush, your hand is vulnerable especially in a multi way pot. I would definitely be putting in a check raise, or leading out for 3/4 pot would also be fine imo.
In position i would almost always raise a EP better on the flop as it is quite likely they would have a high flop suit card, and I would bet around 2/3 to 3/4 pot if it's checked to me.

The secret of success is sincerity. Once you can fake that, you've got it made.

I would rarely slow play a 10 high flush. You have to bet it for value atleast, IMO.

I never really slowplay my hands. If I'm in the blinds, I bet, I really don't like playing those hands out of position. If someone has the ace he might chase and it's hard to move in because sometimes ppl have a higher flush than you. So I would just go ahead and bet.
