I know you're really low here but after the reraise we are drawing extremely thin here I believe. I fold and push just about the first pot I can with first in vig.

To add a bit more weight to the scenario, the player who re-raised didn't 'earn' his chips. He has got lucky on a number of occasions in which he has been totally dominated pre-flop and is over aggressive in his raises + believes he has greater strength than he does.

He just got lucky again...you called with KJo.

Seriously though, KJ is so easily dominated. Wait for a better spot.

You know.. His M *is* a little less than 4 here. If he trusts his read and believes he is ahead of the big stack.. You *can* make a case to call here. He's risking 5k to win 9k, and a potential freeroll to 22k. If you are against a pair lower than JJ and Ace rag, you are a K or J away from the glory.... Its a compelling situation, but I would like it more if the shortie had less chips.

I'd still fold though.. It'll take serious blood sweat and tears to get to 5k up to that 22k the traditional way, but it's still possible. If you can toss that 5k into an unopened pot you can add 1600 to it without confrontation, or take your coinflip against someone who'd call a short stack with pot odds from the SB or BB. That's a far better situation imho.

To give you the results, the original raiser (short stack) held AA, the re-raise from the large stack had 44.

Flop was rags all the way to the river where he spiked the 4.

Either way against AA I was in terrible shape.

Its hard not to click the call button with 1/5 of my stack in the pot and the potential to reach almost average stack if I win.

I hate calling off my stack here w/ KJ, since there's already a player all in, and an isolation raise. Just because in the past he's raised w/ marginal hands overplaying them, I don't think that makes a case for calling off your stack.

If you fold and have to fold your small blind the next hand, your M will be around 3... Obviously not a great situation, but look at the stack sizes to your left. They are in the same danger you are. Has the table been playing tight (besides lucky isolation raiser here)?? Look forward to pushing all in against these stacks, making them have to make a decision for all their chips.

I'd rather fold and try and steal some blinds in the next 3 or 4 hands.
