Is this fairly standard as to what I should be doing on a flop like this?

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha/8, $0.05 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG+1 ($8.43)
MP1 ($5.63)
MP2 ($1.39)
CO ($4.30)
Hero ($11.22)
SB ($16.40)
BB ($2.85)
UTG ($15.30)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 3, A, 2, 4.
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.05, 1 fold, CO calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.25, 2 folds, MP1 calls $0.20, CO calls $0.20.

Flop: ($0.82) A, 8, 5 (3 players)
MP1 checks, CO checks, Hero bets $0.82, MP1 raises to $3.28, CO folds, Hero raises to $10.66, MP1 calls $2.10 (All-In).

Turn: ($11.58) 3 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($11.58) K (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $11.58

I don't mind it. You've nut low, with counterfeit protection - more than that, if you get counterfeited, you make a wheel. Only the two diamonds give me the slightest pause, so someone could have the same low and be freerolling a flush draw.

I almost never play PLO8 unless I'm playing in a mixed game, and then I check/fold every hand until we play a game I'm more comfortable with, but...

I think my money goes in on this board a LOT. If he has nut low, a diamond draw, and middle pair (say something like 2368 with 2 diamonds) we're ahead here. We're only in rough shape if he has something like 2388 w/a diamond draw, and then we're probably a little worse than 60/40.

Get it in, I think. I'd wait for somebody who knows what he's talking about, but this seems like a pretty good time to get the money in.

Not really. We have top pair, too. The ace is a HUGE card here. We have top pair, a 9-out wheel draw, and -- at minimum -- a quarter of this pot 100% of the time. If he has 234 with a diamond draw, we're still probably ahead.

i'm no expert on O8, esp PL, but i would get my money in...this is one of the best flops you could expect for your hand with the nut low, the counterfeit blocker, top pair and a wrap

as a general rule, get it all in any time you have a lock low and any legitimate draw to the high (or vice versa). if you get quartered consistently doing only that, then the game is simply not beatable unless you open up your aggression significantly and outplay people a lot.

If there are two things LHE players like, they are weed and pornography. The third would be kittens. LHE does not appear on the list.
