Villain had about $70 left. I figured getting it allin was better than a free card for a draw.

Wow, that's the weakest flop bet I've ever seen. Did that convert wrong?Seems to be a bit of an overbet on the turn. You're only getting called likely by another ace. If he's got 70 left, why not bet 35, let him think he's getting a price to look.If he comes over the top - oh well, you were willing to get it all in anyway...

Good idea.I just had either check or shove in my mind. Now that I see it, I think $20 would be good. I'm not folding, so I may as well encourage a bluff, or encourage him to call with a draw which may or may not be good if he hits.

Nah, I actually like the shove in the initial hand. A weak ace actually does have odds to call as do a lot of draws if you bet <1/2 pot. It's not like you have a boat, they're drawing live. Also, the full pot bet might look more like you're just repping AA anyway and when villain "knows" you're bluffing because he has an ace too, he's going to make a lot of bad calls. The weak bet looks more like you're encouraging action with AJ and might allow him to get away on a blank river.
