The way I saw it:AA raises preflop. KK probably raises preflop. Also, given that I have an ace and a king I figured it was relatively unlikely. He could have 66, but the 1 outer on the turn makes that unlikely as well.I didn't think K6 would raise the flop. I didn't expect A6 to either. That left me with AKxx and AhXhXX/QJTXhh.That was my thought process, anyway.

If you're not going to fold the flop or turn, then definitely fold the river. This is a boat pretty much always. Lots of players don't raise anything from the BB in an unraised pot and even more won't raise KK there. Discounting those hands completely without a specific read is a huge mistake. Anyway, you already showed him that you weren't on a draw on the turn. If he's potting now, it's because he's either got a good boat or quads and he's trying to take you to value-town.

Yeah, villain had AA55. I was just confused at what hand he could have. I was confident he didnt have A6, and I thought AA/KK raised preflop. That and the fact that I had AK made it seem unlikely. Meh, I should fold to the flop repot. I'm OOP and I'm either dead or I'm slightly behind to a big draw.
