Yeah, I'm trying to do things the right way now. My typical streak is:

Deposit

Run up 3x

Take out 2x

lose the orig after.

It's made some money and helped pay for books for my wife's school and a vacation for us, but it's heart-attack swingy and once in a while I just lose my buyin and I hate it, so I'm just trying to do it right now.

Even $10plo is so swingy that I don't feel like "that was easy" after a session.

dont hate me. other guy had 55xx if it wasnt obvious

3rd quads of the night. and 2nd i got paaaid on. i love this game, its the only thing keeping me around even for the last month and a half

*actually i might have played this bad. utg had more $$ and obv 55xx after the flop bet. i was hoping a brick would roll off and MP might call another bet with his AAxx (that seemed obv too) and i could then stack utg with some more dead money. as it played out utg could fold b/c it was obv he was beat on the turn, and i maybe miss out on $30. tho i stack the other guy and get an extra $30 from utg, so meh.

I get tilty when a player who has no concept of PLO is playing 11 buck HU PLO and stacks me.
I run a continuation line throughout on a K22K2 board (1st hand) with total crap (JT74) in position. My shove at end of 550 chips is called by the villain with QTxx. It took me a 1/3rd of the way through our rematch game to realize he thought he was playing the board for boat (I was grappling trying to explain how as even a fish he could make that call). Then he beat me again on a 5 outed river.

how many tables do you play ?

however many FR tables are running at 100PLO, usually 2. LHE pays the bills (or used to, this is keeping me in the black the past 2 months) so i usually try to find some good tables there than see whats up on the PLO tables.

if things keep going as badly as they have been in LHE im gonna add in some 6max PLO and start mostly playing that, i think.
