KDawgCometh 2
I think your good a lot there, but I certainly don't disagree with your line on this hand. It's possible that he slowplayed a set of sevens and filled up or had KQ, but its also just as likely that you have him smoked. checkcalling the river is just fine. Emptyeye 0
Yeah, I can see why that would make you nervous, but presuming no prior reads, I'd have to think you're good here more often than not...I'm putting him on a weaker king.

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too loose by not three-betting the turn. Once he capped I figured he was good, but I had to making the last two calls.
DCWildcat 0
You played it well. No raise on a 2 flush flop by 77 is sketchy...not sure I like his play there.
Emptyeye 0
I'm going to play Devil's Advocate here: there are only two people besides the set in the hand, and with Wily firing at the flop, he (The set) probably puts him on a made hand of some kind as opposed to a draw (Of course TP AND the flush draw are possible, and I'd probably raise this anyway to try and chase off CO...and of course, quite a few of us will bet a nut flush draw; I think most fish would simply check/call with said draw though). This leaves CO, who could have anything, really. It's also possible that he analyzed the risk of slowplaying the set on a 2-flush board and decided to do it anyway, figuring if a non-pairing flush turned, he had ten outs to the boat/quads.Note that in application I agree with you and would raise to try and get CO (Who could well have the draw) out, but I'm just to attempting to theorize why someone might slowplay the set on that board.
