Playing a live 1.2 nl game today. Player A is in early position, has been playing most pots, is loose passive and is giving away money. He has about $140 left. Player B is on the button, has been playing moderately tight, moderately aggressive. He is a dealer who is somewhat decent (which is unusual cause most dealers I have played with are usually either awful or pretty good). He has about $280 in front of him. I am 3 off the button, have about $330 in front and have been playing pretty agriessive.To the hand, player A limps, I raise to $12 with 10 J, Player B reraises to $24 total, so essentially a min raise. Player A calls, I call. Pot $71 after rake.Flop JJK with two spades. Player A checks, I decide to lead out for $35, both players A and B call. Turn J. Player A checks, I have the mortal nuts and decide to bet weak hoping for calls and bet $40, player B calls, Player A raises all in to $81 total. I decide to just smooth call to ensure I get the $41 extra from Player B in the pot.River 4. Now Player B has about $120 left. The question is how much to bet? The reason I ask is given that this player is decent and given that Player A check raised all in when the 3rd J hit, he might put player A on the J and know there is no value in the pot to calling (or he might put me on the J). On the flip side I am convinced he has at least a K, possibly AA. Given this how much should I bet to try to get value out of the river given that he knows that he probably is a long shot to win the main pot?Thanks in advance.

with how much he has already invested... you gotta pretty much put him in if not all the way, if he can call 50 or 60 he can call his remaining 120.

Bet it all. there's $420 in the pot, plus your $120 bet. He'll be getting 4.5:1 to call. I think he goes broke with the second or third nuts that you put him on here.

the first thought out of my head was would he value bet a king or aces, but thats getting too fancy. just bet $120.

There's enough in the pot that he has to call off everything if he has a hand at all.

I shove, he's put so much into the pot that he has to call with a K or AA. If he is willing to pay off a value bet of 50-60 he will call your shove also. He can't be on any sort of draw with 3 J's out there and action.

He is a dealer who is somewhat decent. To the hand, player A limps, I raise to $12 with 10 J, Player B reraises to $24 total, so essentially a min raise.

Even a decent player would never min raise here regardless of his holdings.

Thanks for the advice guys, I ended up putting in the $120. He ultimately mucked AK there, figuring that one of the two of us had the J and at the very best was chopping. Long term I think you all are right that the $120 is the best play, but I guess against this guy $50 or $60 would have worked.
