GAY!I have JJ in the BB and like 39K. SHorty pushes in the HJ for 2600, Button raises to 9K (34K) and I shove JJ from the BB. THe button calls. AQ for shorty, AK for button. Flop is Qxx. I stand to still make 30K. K on the river. I have like 4K left now.I shovel TT and get called by JJ. 2712th place. Hooray bubble!

No way I fold in his spot. That said, I think I play it basically how you played it. Just an unfortunate situation of shortstacked poker. I hate his call on that coordinated of a board though. I would shove the flop if I was him.

I hate flatcalling on that board. Your hand is disguised enough where top pair is gonna call a good amount, and there are about 51 scare cards that can hit the turn.
