Lately ive been playing more tournaments than cash games. Seems like there are less active members/posts there. Just wondering.

I play NLHE cash mostly (if I ever actually play poker), but I post in Omaha and Tourney far more than NLHE, and I've started posting more in LHE/SHLHE. Go figure.

Will try to give a little more input here if I get time.

It's called the tournament forum.

When we have 200000000 members who actively post, then we can talk about making more forums.
