Getting 2.5:1 I call this every time. EDIT:We need 30% equity. That means we need to average about 8 outs. If he has AA33 we have 13 outs.Against a range of AA** we are almost exactly a coinflip (297,860 to 298,787 dog to be precise)

Just felt like one of those spots at the time the flop came down. We "know" the guy has aces, thus eating up two of our straight outs. I'm gonna either need one of the six cards to make my straight or to hit a second pair and have the board not pair up against me. If stacks, etc were deeper it could have been a more interesting hand.

It's certainly the more debateable street, yes?
Definitely. If you willingly play this hand , you are hoping to hit a flop like this one. A pair and an open ender on a rainbow flop. You can't call a repot preflop and fold it when you hit the flop you hoped for.I think flop is an easy push heads up.
