yeah, it's fine, even if the person wasn't a maniac. cap that flop, and it's just more justified against a maniac since he would do that with middle pair or a flush draw as well. when they check the turn, you have to fire out and fold to a raise (or maybe just call and check-call since the pot is big).in fact, what would you do if the person check-raised on the turn? if he wasn't a maniac but a TAG? some other type of player?aseem

in fact, what would you do if the person check-raised on the turn? if he wasn't a maniac but a TAG? some other type of player? Punched my monitor in the face...I went 1 for 4 with KK last night, and 1 for 3 with aces, that was the only hand with KK I took down. Still made a nice profit at 3bb/100 though. It was still a pretty pissy session, had an extremely loose table and couldnt find a good spot.
