sabes99 0
i definitely would with 8-8 there, in limit i think if you're first one in you've gotta be raising or folding, esp short handedyou played the hand fine imo
aim786 0
NH. I also raise 55 UTG.
Zach6668 513
I seem to be a loser with 22-55, so I pretty much raise 66+ utg, but I do throw in 55 sometimes. Otherwise I fold. You don't want to be limping these hands ever, btw (unless a couple people limped, you could limp along with 22-66). I'd still recommend value raising 77+ from every position. I tend to 3-bet with 77+ as well. This specific hand, I think you played fine, but you could definitely find a fold on the river. He's almost never bluffing into 3 others. A call can't be horrible though.
CoranMoran 0
I always raise this preflop.Your hand is usually best preflop.I play the hand exactly the same as you.I am prepared to check-fold that turn. But I check-call the river to one bet every time.Especially when I am closing the action like you are here.--CM
