pokertracker registration problems

I finally decided to take the plunge and buy pokertracker. 5 e-mails, three phone calls, and $55US later, and I still don't have the registration codes. The last conversation I had with one of the guys at Regsoft (who handles the transaction I guess) was this desk jockey telling me that he is "only an order desk, sir." I said exactly. I placed an order with you, you took my money, so go do your job and get me the registration info like I have asked countless times. Pardon me if I sound abrupt in my dealings with this guy, but as I indicated above, this is the third guy that gave me the runaround, and not one person has responded to any of my e-mails. The website, the confirmation e-mail, and all my conversations indicate I am going to receive the registration codes 24 hours after placing the order. They are now 30 hours late. :x

I think you should contact the guys at PokerTracker directly. I think this situation is addressed in the PokerTracker forum. Good luck!
