Sticking strictly to the information you provided in your post, I agree that this is an easy fold. Other than telling us that this guy is a maniac, I think this scenario calls for folding a large percentage of the time.

I don't think that he has a king so the only hand I'm worried about is something with a queen. He probably figures that you don't have a king since two flopped.I think that it's sort of close actually - I saw a similar hand in a 109 where the flop was AKx and the player first to act pushed. Second guy called with jacks after a long deliberation and pusher turned over tens....
