Only read is that MP1 insta-shoved in his whole stack (confidence?). Is this AK enough to warrant a call with an M around 3 for a chance to triple up? Although UTG+1 has been active, he could have a very strong hand too since he fired from EP. You still have the other players to act behind you also.Still far enough from the bubble (39 to go) before the two big stacks are stealing with abandon so it's more likely that one of them has a better PP. DonkSlayer 1 Posted June 24, 2007 Share Posted June 24, 2007 I think this is just barely a fold...we have to take into consideration that MP1 could've gotten away with a reraise and taken it down, so the push, I think, means he prefers to isolate the raiser and hopefully take down the pot right there, as opposed to seeking a call for his AA/KK.So, since this is so close, especially considering your stack, I say I get my money in with 1010 and higher pairs, and AK. I would call with JJ+ mainly because in events this small you get people pushing with the damndest things. You need the chips, and he could very well have a hand like 10 10.
