No_Neck 0
how do you guys play this against a Tag player? do you just call the raise preflop? and then call down?
Zach6668 513
I pretty much 3-bet AQo 100% of the time in a 6 handed game. I mean, there can be exceptions to that rule, like I have a million hands on a guy and he's 5/0.5/6 or something ridiculous, lol.I don't know about raising the turn vs a TAG though. I see a lot of the players doing it, but I hate raising the turn with just one pair, meh. Thing is, unless he has A9, then he's folding all the hands we beat, and 3-betting us with hands we are crushed by. A9 is certainly an UTG opener, btw, but that's the only hand that we beat that will call, unless he sucks and will call down with KK, QQ.
CoranMoran 0
If BB is not tagging along in this hand, I would probably play more passively. he's folding all the hands we beat, and 3-betting us with hands we are crushed by.Exactly.So calling down heads up would be a safer way to make the same profits. But with BB in the hand on this draw-heavy flop, I think I play it the same as you.--CM
