GabeTheKid 0
why not raise preflop? The only arguement I see is that you don't want to define your hand. I'd like that line more if you had AA. I prefer reraising with KK because the button is obviously calling and you're doing a 3 way pot. The button likely has low PP and is getting great implied odds to fish here which is why you should have reraised preflop. As played, I think I push here. You're good more often than you're not. It's not the greatest flop for you but I still think that you can't fold here at 50NL. I push, unless of course I have a strong read. Do we have a read here?
Money022 0
No reads really. And yes, I didn't reraise so as not to define my hand. That and I had position on the reraiser. If I didn't, then I would have repopped.
Webslinger516 0
I'd like to reraise here with KK preflop where we likely have the best hand. Now we're in a tough spot, because he might have 1010, QQ or AA. AQ is well within this range though. His minimum raise is kind of suspect. I think I'm pushing here though. Maybe you really disguised your KK well and he feels his AQ is good here.

Push it with KK.
Lavitz 0
Fold. He 3 bet and then min check raised Q10x flop. This is QQ/AA a LOT. Any other pocket pair makes no sense (besides maybe 1010) and I really dont see AK doing this unless it is maybe AKdd in which he ha a massive draw. Also, since button is probably gonna call after we call 3 bet, I like 4 betting to try and get pot HU. Acid_Knight 2
Also, since button is probably gonna call after we call 3 bet, I like 4 betting to try and get pot HU.Yeah, THIS is the reason to reraise preflop. You don't wanna play 3 handed if you don't have to. Get the pot heads up and you'll have easier decisions.
Money022 0
Very good reasoning on why to repop preflop. Will do in the future.Lavitz pretty much pins how I felt about this hand. AA and QQ are very likely to play their hand like this preflop and post. I would think Ad Kd would have check raised me for at least the pot, hoping to end it there but still has a boatload of outs. I also find it hard to believe that AQ 3-bets preflop OOP.So that really leaves me with AA/QQ, and maaaaybe TT. Although I'm discounting TT because the guy hadn't shown many signs of aggression and I'm still seeing very few players repopping PF with anything less than JJ.Unfortunately I decided to look him up. I pushed...he called...and won with a set of biotches. I know thinking can be very results oriented, but looking back on it now I have a hard time feeling you're ahead often enough to stack off here for it to be a +ev play. What do you beat at this point? AQ/JJ is pretty much all you beat. AQ very rarely reraises preflop and Stars and JJ isn't unlikely to check/raise this board. Check/raising is very strong here. This is almost always AA or QQ. I don't think TT reraises this preflop OOP.
