not sure if youre serious but thats impossibleIf he flat called or min-raised then a misclick is possible, but its impossible to accidentally go allin for 4x the first shove

lol, it's the next day and I'm recovered. It was no mis-click. He was a crazy - probably drunk player. He had open shoved A2o for 50k at 800/1600 and destroyed AQ to get all those chips. I was so happy to see his hand... if only I knew what was to come...
