This is a standard in your posts, and probably a significant leak.Also, this hand is fine, although a fold is probably better, it's too close to matter "that" much, imo.

I don't like this hand.Why are we raising the flop?For value?For protection?I don't get it.Against a donk-bet and the PFR, our 3rd pair is very likely behind.Our draw is wonderful to have.But we often gain just as much value from an overcall as from a raise.Raising to knock out Button doesn't make much sense to me either.What hands do we want/expect PFR to fold here?If he had a smaller poket pair, we have no fear from him tagging along.If he had anything else worthy of the preflop 3bet, he is ahead and not going anywhere.I call the flop.And I'd like to know why you didn't.I fold the river every time.--CM

Good points CM. At the time, I felt that raising the flop would be better to get some of his Ax hands to fold, thereby cleaning up my Q outs. However, this represents a very small % of his range, and he almost always hits that board hard after 3betting pf. So in retrospect, I think calling the flop is better than raising.
