I'd have to think a boat or higher flush is pretty unlikely here.UTG posted so unless that's a mistake, he's probably terrible.He can't have QQ or JJ here though, and almost never 99.Q9 and QJ are possible though.We've got the 3rd nut flush, which means it's more like he's got a lower flush than a bigger one.I'm debating the turn 3-bet, but I think given the above info, it should be ok.One he caps, the rest is fine. Just hit your Kh next time.

I play it the exact same.Villain's turn raise tells me that he has the Q and just turned trips.His cap suggests that he may have more as he seems to not fear the Flush despite all of our aggression.So I check-call the river as you did.Well played.--CM
