During the downtime before the next season NBC will continue putting out more graphic novels and reportedly a few other pieces of background information on characters leading up to season 2. Instead of bumping the other thread I made a new one to keep the info in an easier to find place for the other fans of the show. I'll add more as I come across them. Season 2 starts September 24th.

uh... So when's this Heroes: Origins on air?
From what I understand it will be mixed in with season two to avoid the long breaks they had this year that hurt them a bit in the ratings later on. There is also a lot of talk of bringing in guest directors/actors for the Origins stories because they are getting asked by a lot of movie stars/directors to be involved with the show. Yes you could end up seeing a Tarintino episode of Heroes for example.Dania Ramirez (Callisto in "X-Men: The Last Stand") has been added as a regular on the NBC's hit series "Heroes."

Some of you might have already recieved this, but I felt it should be put out there to shame this guy as much as possible.

You seem like a big fan of the show just like me, just so you know I have been selling the complete season for $25 including shipping if you live in the US. DVDs are copied in HD format, everyone that has bought them has been thrilled so far. Of course we all love heroes. I am taking payments thru FTP or stars. PM me when shipped with shipping address if interested.
Don't fall for this doucheclown's little PM. It's glorified spam, not to mention illegal AND readily available already on the net for free through various torrent sites.

Any of you guys listen to the Heros podcast on itunes. It's called the 10th wonder. It's really good and the guys are pretty clever. I've gone back and listened to all the old episodes. It just sums up the show a bit more. Though they've gone dark for the summer it may be something that you want to look out for next season.

info from tvguide.caNBC has just announced that production has started on Season 2 of the hit drama, also revealing that the cast will be going on a cross-country tour to promote the release of Season 1 on DVD August 28. Currently, the DVD promo tour is only scheduled for U.S. cities, but international dates will likely be added.In other Heroes news:– It hasn’t been revealed whether Adrian Pasdar’s character, Nathan Petrelli, will return in Season 2, though it would seem likely. Pasdar has alluded in interviews that he will be back, but nothing official from NBC.– Canadian Missy Peregrym will not be back. She is taking on the lead role in CW’s new fall series, Reaper, which will air on Citytv. Peregrym played shapeshifter Candice Wilmer on Heroes.– Peter Petrelli will be back! Milo Ventimiglia slipped up and revealed that his alter ego survives the nuclear explosion.– Heroes: Origins, originally slated to debut this summer, will instead air after Season 2 is done in April, giving it a primo May sweeps timeslot.– Executive producer/creator Tim Kring addressed rumours that new castmember David Anders (Alias) would be playing an ancient samurai warrior with “there is clearly some subterfuge there that has to be unearthed and dealt with and that becomes a huge part of the story.” Uh, thanks Tim, for straightening that out.

Oooo, what is Heros: Origins? Just some separate story arc? I can't wait for the next season, but I can't download it anymore cause NBC got mad at me, getting busted for pirating again is very -EV

if they wanted to get really creative, they could hire a new actor every week to play her...make her a psycho who changes her appearance every day....old guys, little kids, whatever.
