David Sklansky Books Question

I think you can skip Poker - Texas Hold 'em, because most of that is absorbed into HPFAP.I haven't read Getting the Best of It! or Sklanksy on Poker, so I can't really comment on those. I'd suggest that you define an area or game that you're most interested in, because they are different topics.

Sklansky on Poker is the book to buy if your getting into Razz. So if you play Razz, or are looking to play Razz Sklansky on Poker is very good, but if not its not worth getting.

Razz is only about 1/3 of the book , the other 2/3 has poker essays that deals with all forms of poker. It is a good book. Also to the op, Theory of Poker is a must have.
