Comments On My Stats?

I'm on a bad run lately, finishing out of the money in my last 7 SnGs ($1.20 on Stars). Some terrible luck, some questionable decisions on my part. Anyway, I decided to review my stats over my last 5 to see if I could identify any obvious problems but I'm not experienced enough to interpret these numbers. I'm looking for comments from the forum.Saw flop in SB: 10/67 = 14.9%Saw flop in BB: 35/67 = 55%Saw flop in other positions: 17/223 = 7.6%Saw flop total = 62/357 = 17.4%Based on my limited knowledge, that total saw flop of 17.4% seems a tad low. Now granted it's hard to tell anything from a sample of only 5 tourneys, but could this indicate that I've been playing too tight? What about the other stats, e.g., should I be seeing more flops in the blinds? Am I too tight in other positions?

What kind of s&gs? If these are single table tournaments it is difficult to determine anything from looking at these stats, since you'll often be shorthanded and therefore play more hands -> in a tourney where you get to heads up play, your "seen flop"-percentage will be higher than if you bust out in 8th.And stats from 5 tournaments don't have any statistical value in any case.Better post some hand histories to get advice.

Single tables. I know 5 tourneys is a tiny sample but I was just wondering how people might interpret the stats.

Well, your "Saw flop in SB" and your "Saw flop in other positions" looks low, but that might just be a bad run of cards, your "Saw flop in BB" looks high, you might be defending your blind too much, but probably that is just because the other players are weak at that level (not raising often enough preflop).But as I said, it is impossible to say anything meaningful about these statistics, you really shouldn't read too much into it. And not cashing in 7 straight STTs is definately discouraging, but not that extraordinary either.
