The only issue that might save the Republicans is that that Dems seem to be split between the take the party to left and roadblock Trump at every turn and the neo-Democrats that want to remain fiscally centrist and bend at the knee to "preserve protocol". You talk about the ACA repeal etc, you have to understand that the Republican congressional leadership are a bunch of INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. Example, Kevin McCarthy's solution to the ACA was to instant repeal and that would force the Democrats to come along............ARE YOU SERIOUS. The Democrats missed a Golden Opportunity when they did not replace Pelosi with Tim Ryan from Ohio. He would have much needed fresh blood and is more in tune with reality. And the Democrats are going far left, count on it. Chill out and let this play out, Trump agenda is not going away, and there is some good things in that agenda. Both are designed to protect his administration from legit criticism by undermining and attacking the credibility of the media, but this is an act of lunacy. The polling numbers for the election matched pretty close to the breakdown of the popular vote on election night. Where some organization (like Huffpo) screwed up is they treated each state as being independent rather than correlated. Nate Silver had Trump at 30%, and that wouldn't have factored in weakness from the last weekend of campaigning. The people who melt down over everything he does are, for the most part, just sore losers. This (going after marijuana) would definitely move him backwards. Pretty hard to not understand that this is nothing more than a version of a Muslim travel ban and is totally political and has nothing to do with the actual security of the US. In fact it will negatively effect the security of the US and is already costing the US with a large drop in foreign tourists. I know tourism jobs aren't as important as the coal mining jobs that are never coming back of course.
