Coming To Vegas

So me and my friends are coming to vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will be there May 9th through May 12th. So is there anything going on there that we need to check out? Any tv events, or big tourny's or any other kind of big event? Where are the good tourny's at or does anyone have a web site that has tournaments in vegas? Also for Daniel N. are you going to be in vegas on these dates? If so any chance of catching up to you in a event or match at the casino's? We are going for our friends 30th B-day party. On the 11th we are parting at the Rio with the VIP passes. That should be fun, huh.Anyway's we all live in Colorado, and in this state there is a $5 limit. $5 limit, I can only bet $ 5 at a time, stupid if you ask me. But my point is that none of us, and we are all poker players, have ever seen a pro player live and in person. I know sad, I watch the same poker program over and over, hoping that I might learn something, but that is the closest I have ever got to a pro. So if Daniel is going to be playing and has time for a great with some low stakes players it would make there trip perfect. LOL.I honestly thought your OP was a joke. Go to Bellagio, late, and you will have a shot at seeing someone. That is the prolly your best chance as there really are no major tournaments going on until the WSOP. DO NOT go into Bobbys room. If you do you will be roughed up and likely have your knee caps broken by Johnny Chan. The Voodoo lounge at RIO can be fun. The view is sick from up there but there are much better clubs (Pure, Tao, Spearmint Rhino for if you guys are down for that type of thing, etc.) and a few across the street at the Palms.MGM Probably has the softest games. Aladdin and Caesars have great rooms. Bellagio can be hit or miss.As far as meeting Daniel, unless you catch him walking thru Bellagio that weekend, you guys should just come back for a long weekend during the World Series and say hello then. and FYI, there have been 5 or 6 threads about things to do in Vegas the past week or so that are full of information . Do a quick search or just look back thru the old threads a few days.Have fun you guys.
