I haven't actually had time to do the exact schedule yet sorry. Every 6 game night will be used with the exception of the last 2 of the season which we aren't using because they are resting more and more players earlier it seems Link to post Share on other sites

bigguyren68 155 Posted September 16, 2017 Share Posted September 16, 2017 Interesting spike in cash + quality of players at draft this year Previous cash plus players need 2014 draft $272.00 for 124 skaters 29 goalies 2015 draft $262.00 for 129 skaters 25 goalies 2016 draft $278.00 for 131 skaters 31 goalies 2017 draft (still to be checked by Bob) $320 for 136 skaters 24 goalies. Yeah this isn't surprising and was done by design with the rule changes we implemented years ago to make the free agent draft more fun. Lots of great players available and it allows people who don't focus as much on the junior draft to have a chance at a decent team. The Aho Rule will actually slow the trend going forward as I expect more rookies to take up roster spots as well as waiver wire .25 pick ups. This will allow owners to keep more players, while there should still be some top notch talent available at the FA draft. Link to post Share on other sites

I would be willling to wager that for the entire AHL season, for games we play Arizona, they will have 3 or less games where they give up 5 or more goals. But maybe I will be wrong. Lol See, the thing is, I have no idea how often you have already scheduled Arz to play for you guys. I dont do that level of planning. I knew someone was going to bring this up. My money was on Dan. Actually it was 11:59 when I pressed my button. I can tell you I was in frantic mode starting around 11:30pm to get this in. 9/15 is the extended corporate tax deadline in the US. We got the last K1 to complete a huge return around 6pm. It took me 5.5 hours do wrap it up but we got it in under the wire Link to post Share on other sites
