in a smaller pot can you find a fold on the turn? I figured the pot was to big to fold and this could be AK....
I posted a hand once in a smallish-medium pot, vs a guy with like an AF so small, where I flopped the straight, and he raised me on the flush card turn... they told me to call every time, and I tried to get a discussion going about ever folding... they said no.I think if you know him well enough, you can fold, but unless I have a large sample and specific hands noted, I'm calling down in most pots.

No Neck,You seem like an NL player, though I could be wrong. A couple of points from this hand:1) Generally, you have to start with the best hand PF to win in limit. The only exception to this is when you have a hand with good implied odds like 87s or 44, but even then you should only be cold calling with these in the SB/BB with a raise and a cold caller or 2. QJo is not a hand you want to cold call with PF vs an UTG raise. In fact, if you never cold called from MP/CO/Button, (ie raise or fold), then you would be playing much closer to perfectly PF.2) The beauty of limit is that you can call down whenever your unsure about where you stand and it will only cost you a few BB's (as oppose to your stack). At the limits your playing, if you ALWAYS called down with a straight/flush, this would be a small leak at best. I've folded them very very rarely, in fact I can't remember the last time I folded a straight or a flush. From the turn, this is an easy call down.

Preflop coldcalling is something I hardly ever do.QJ is dominated by a lot of possible hands that UTG would be raising with.I fold before the flop. The turn card does not greatly bother me.I feel that we are very likely still ahead.Villain certainly may have the K.And this would be fabulous.Because we will be gaining a lot of value from his trips.I see absolutely no reason to put Villain on a Flush here.Having 2 dimaonds would be sheer coincidence. And the turn raise does no tell us that this is the case.In fact, having 3 diamonds on the board may work to our favor.Because if Villain has those trip Kings, he will likely feel the need to push them hard here and now before a 4th diamond comes out.I also see no reason to assume we are up against a Full House. If Villain hit his set on the flop (TT, 99), he would usually push hard right away due to the coordinated nature of the board. And we can rule out the other Full House hands (KT, K9) based on SB's preflop 3bet.The fact that he only called the flop raise against 2 opponents leads me to believe he is not completely confident with his hand.Based on this read, I never ever fold this turn.In fact, I 3bet!And I collect value from Villain's most likely 2nd-best hand (trips). And no, I don't consider folding after a cap.Summary:We have a fantastic hand. The turn card took away our nuts. But it is unlikely we are behind.I proceed without fear and maximize the value of my good hand.--CM
