7th position guy has been raising a fair amount and the guy to his left has been playing loose preflop and badly after the flop. I have about 260 and both of them cover me.couple limpers to 7th position guy who raises to 12. Guy to his left calls and i choose to just call on the button with 1010. Obviously i can raise here but i wanted to play post flop with these guys in position. It goes 3 way to the flop. Flop is 6 7 9 with 2 heartsoriginal raisor bets 30, guy to his left calls quickly, i call. The guy in 7th position then checks in the dark while muttering under his breath something like "i'm going to lose a lot of money this hand".Turn is 3 clubsguy in 8th position bets $20, i am 100% sure he is on a draw and wants to see a cheap river card. I raise to $60 hoping to isolate him. 8th position puts the call in front of him obviously ready to put it in when its his turn. At this point I'm thinking there is a good chance 7th position has an overpair but i thought he might fold it to a bet and raise, plus i still have another 150 to bet on the river along with my gutshot. 7th position thinks for a few minutes and shoves. We both fold pretty quickly. My question is, given my read on the situation, is a raise here just throwing money away? I learned a lot more about 7th position's hand by raising here and i knew i was getting value against the other guy so it didn't seem like a complete spew at the time. Does my hand have any credibility in this spot?

You should have raised PF. You should have raised the flop. You should have shoved the turn.
