  1. I read DN's blog about his lappy burning out; bummer!Honestly, DN has such a diverse and huge fanbase that he could probably post a question to us about tech stuff (ie what laptops are really cool / my compy's fan just kicked the bucket, what do I do?). Given the amount of questions and help he's given us, I'm pretty sure that most of us are willing to provide several good and helpful responses.I cringed at the notion of BBuy selling that software package; just don't really trust the value of having all that junk installed. Any other computer assistants / computer savvy people out there?
  2. I think he had you by the turn. My guess would be he had a pocket pair, AK, or KQ (A stretch). Given the raise in 1st position pre-flop, I assume that he had a pocket pair or better. Why did you go for a check-raise on the flop? What you don't want to do is allow the BB to get a free look with a trash hand and possibly flop 2 pair, set, or good draw when you hit the ace or king.
  4. I think raising a good amount upon the flop would have been a better play than smooth-calling or moving all-in.One of the biggest problems was that Leet narrowed down Carlie's holdings too much (I think we all have done this before). All you really knew going into this hand was that Carlie plays a lot of card combinations. Questions:Would Carlie have raised all-in on pocket 7's given your re-raise pre-flop?Was Carlie the type of player who would raise on drawing hands (suited connectors) pre-flop?We're not sure if Carlie would have folded a weaker ace to a raise; a raise would have given us mo
